![]() On a Windows 10 computer that runs Outlook 2010, I even see a New Mail Alert tab that lets you change the behavior how the desktop alert appears. You can unblock them right from there using the tool without going through the registry tweaks. Starting Outlook in Safe Mode right from here is handy. The main General window has a list of buttons to launch various Windows or Outlook built-in tools. The latest releases version 3.0 supports all versions of Outlook, from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2016 and Office 365 on all versions of Windows platform, from Vista all the way to Windows 10. Outlook Tools is a free advanced settings Toolkit for Microsoft Office Outlook, providing you an easy access to Outlook settings and data folders as well as allowing you to change settings that normally can only be done through Windows registry.
